PocketAuthor at TEDxNairobi: A Book for Future Generations
What would you want future generations to know about being human today?
Join PocketAuthor at TEDxNairobi 2026 as we co-write a book with the audience, addressed to the people who come after us. Bring a story, a lesson, a question or an idea you would want them to inherit.
The PocketAuthor team will be at our booth throughout the event. Stop by during the day to:
Add your voice to a collaborative book for future generations
Turn an idea of your own into a personal book outline you can take away
Talk with the team about shaping your stories, notes and expertise into a book
Come with an idea, a few notes, or simply something you believe is worth passing on. No finished draft is needed.
When: Saturday, 3 October 2026, 9:30 AM–3:30 PM EAT
Where: PocketAuthor booth at TEDxNairobi, SABIS International School, Runda, Nairobi
This is a drop-in booth activity during TEDxNairobi. You can visit around the event programme.
Important admission note: You need a separate TEDxNairobi ticket to enter the event. A PocketAuthor RSVP on Luma does not include TEDxNairobi admission or reserve a TEDxNairobi seat. Get your event ticket through the official ticket seller.
Contributing to the shared book is optional. We will explain how contributions may be used and ask your permission before any public publication or attribution. You can still join the personal outline activity and meet the team without contributing to the shared book.
Bring your curiosity. What should the next generation read from us?
