​BLOCK71 x NUS Women in Business: Dinner Club

​ BLOCK71 Dinner Club is a series of small group dinners for NUS students under the Student Entrepreneurship Community (SEC) initiative. The series is designed for honest, off-the-record conversations with experienced founders, investors and those within the start-up ecosystem. This edition is held in collaboration with NUS Women in Business, an interest group focused on empowering the next generation of female leaders within NUS.

​For this edition, we’re joined by two female founders.

​Jane Peh is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pawjourr, a pet influencer marketplace that connects brands with pet creators for marketing and content projects. Alongside the marketplace, she also runs The Woof Agency, a full-service marketing agency that has worked with global pet brands and companies like Pet Lovers Centre. Jane has taken Pawjourr from Singapore to the US, gaining experience talking to venture capitalists and navigating new markets, and she continues to grow both the platform and agency today.

​Sakura Seet is the Co-Founder and CEO of Perfingo, an AI-powered platform that helps people build better financial habits. She also co-founded Dare to Finance, a 25,000-strong community that makes personal finance more accessible and relatable. Sakura has worked with organisations like CPF to reimagine financial planning, and her journey has taken her to the global stage at TechCrunch Disrupt, where she represented Singapore among top startups worldwide.
