Where We’re Coming From
Phare Health was founded by Martin Seneviratne, MD and Tymor Hamamsy, who met during their master’s program in AI at Stanford. Their paths led them to DeepMind and a PhD at NYU, where they saw firsthand how advanced AI could transform complex, high-stakes environments.
They built Phare Health around a simple truth:
Clinicians should be free to focus on patient well-being — not administrative complexity.
Yet today, hospitals face overwhelming operational drag, and fair reimbursement is often obscured by inaccurate or incomplete coding.
