YYC Vegan Social Groups 4th Anniversary Party!
You are invited to join us in celebrating four amazing years of community! We are thrilled to host this special anniversary event at the East Village Music Pavilion on Sunday, August 9, 2026, starting at 3:00 PM. To confirm your spot, RSVP and provide payment via e-transfer to yyc.vegansocial@gmail.com.
This event is open to all ages, so bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun, food, and connection. Please note that due to our area unsage agreement with the Calgary Municipal Land Corporation, this is a strictly non-alcoholic event.
What to Expect
Delicious Meal: We will be serving up Walkin' Tacos, featuring Chilli Heat Doritos topped with Gusta Foods veggie ground and plenty of fixin's.
Sweet Treats: We are providing a Doughnut Party dessert to celebrate this milestone.
Entertainment & Fun: Enjoy an open mic session and get to know others with icebreakers and lawn games.
Keepsake: Every attendee will receive one Instax Mini photo to remember the day.
Beverages: We will be supplying a variety of non-alcoholic drinks. You are welcome to bring additional non-alcoholic beverages of your choice if you wish.
Important Information
Capacity: To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, this event is capped at 48 people.
Sustainability Note: While we are willing to provide disposable plates and cutlery, we encourage you to bring your own reusable plates and utensils to help us reduce our environmental impact.
Cost: The cost is $20 per person, which covers your meal, dessert, non-alcoholic beverages, your Instax Mini photo, and other incidentals. Payment must be provided to yyc.vegansocial@gmail.com ahead of the event to secure your space.
