Join us for an evening of connection with aligned women, collective intuitive movement, casual conversation, and tea!
Community Embodiment is a space for women to come together and experience what it feels like to move, feel, and connect as a collective. Because while we’re powerful as individuals, there’s something truly special that happens when we gather in community.
Together, we’ll explore intuitive movement and embodiment practices that help you tune into your body and allow energy to move more freely. As a bonus, I’ll also be sharing a few simple tips and practices you can use to deepen your embodiment work and move through what may feel stuck in the body.
We’ll close the evening with tea and casual conversation so you can connect with the other women in the space.

About Ashna
Ashna is a holistic lifestyle advocate with a passion for helping others live cleaner, calmer, and more grounded lives. She’s the founder of Becoming with Ashna, with the intention to support women to find the highest levels of alignment with their bodies, minds, & the world around them, and Naturally Grounded, where she formulates & batch makes non-toxic essentials.
Ashna’s journey into the health & wellness space started at 17, when she received an unwelcome diagnosis & was told by her doctors that there was no “cure.” This set her off on a path of holistically healing herself and learning all that she could about how to truly nourish and connect with her body.
She fervently believes that our bodies are our most valuable asset and are the key to creating the lives we’ve been dreaming about. For her, the practice of embodiment has been a game changer in unlocking the full potential of her body as her asset, which is something she’s passionate about sharing with others
