Am I Okay? A Postpartum Mental Health AMA

​Join us for an honest, judgment-free Ask Me Anything with Dr. Divya Hoon, a psychiatrist specializing in maternal and child mental health (and a Nest member herself!).

​The postpartum period can bring anxiety, anger, guilt, loneliness, overstimulation, difficulty bonding, and a lot of wondering: Is this normal?

​During this meetup, we’ll have a candid conversation about the emotional realities of early motherhood, how to distinguish common postpartum experiences from signs that you may need more support, and when and how to reach out for help. Bring your questions, or simply come listen.

​There’s no need to know anyone beforehand. Just come exactly as you are (babies are welcomed to!), be in community, and leave with a new friends and, hopefully, a little more peace of mind ♡
