gym class: yoga + mug/tea swap
gym class is reimagined at lmk - forget the burpees and timed mile runs, we partner with local instructors to bring you joyful movement with a community gathering at the end.
this month, lmk’s founder monique means (flows with mo) is hosting an hour long slow flow style yoga class with a tea swap <3 bring a fun, funky mug and your favorite tea to swap with other members!
please bring water, yoga mat, and props to support your practice!
cancellation policy:
lmk tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with advance notice. please check your calendars to ensure you can make the event. if we need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
movement waiver + disclaimer
by joining this class, you acknowledge that you’re participating in physical activity at your own pace and comfort level. while i’ll offer guidance and support, you know your body best—please honor what feels good and take breaks as needed.
by attending, you release the instructor and lmk club from any liability related to injury or harm that might occur during class. always feel free to modify, pause, or ask for support—this is your practice.
