Meditation for a Focused Mind

​We live in a world that is loud, fast, and relentless. Social media fragments our attention in seconds. Notifications interrupt our thoughts before they fully form. The pace of modern life leaves little room for stillness, and for those with PTSD, ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergences, the noise can feel especially overwhelming.

​Most of us have never been taught how to focus. We have simply been expected to.

​This group is for anyone who wants a more focused mind.

​Twice a month, we gather online to meditate together. Each session is esoterically timed to the new and full moon and shaped by the astrological sign of the moment. The sign gives us a lens, a way of understanding the particular quality of attention the cosmos is inviting us toward right now.

​Just a loving heads up: this is a space for meditation and collective reflection. The astrology we share belongs to everyone gathered. Personal chart readings are offered separately, with all the time and care they deserve. Learn more here.

​Sessions are small, simple and unhurried. We open with a warm welcome and a few grounding breaths, then spend a few minutes with the astrology of the current sign. Fifteen minutes of guided meditation follows, and we close with a short conversation about what arose.

​No experience is necessary. Nor is any particular belief system required. All ages and all minds are welcome.
