👋 Meet the Founder

Ash Grewal founded The OverachieveHers after learning the hard way what happens when ambitious women don't advocate for themselves. As a woman of color in tech who experienced misaligned work environments firsthand, she created this community to ensure other women don't have to navigate their journeys alone.

The OverachieveHers community has reached over 10M+ people through social media, with followers including Whoopi Goldberg, Sharon Stone, and the President of the NAACP. This summit represents Ash's commitment to creating the sisterhood and support system she wished she had when starting her own journey.
