​The Unflux Leads Mixer - From Maker to Multiplier

​Over the past few months, six senior product designers took part in Unflux Leads, a small-group clinic for designers making the jump into design leadership. Twelve sessions on the parts of leadership that rarely get taught: getting design into the decisions that shape its work, delegating in ways that grow people, and building systems that hold quality when you're not in the room.

​Now we're closing the cohort with an afternoon together, and you're invited.
