Still Growing: In Person Community Session
Welcome back to the Still Growing Sessions. Co-hosted by Terrence J. Harris and George of the Garden, this intentional, open-air assembly is designed to pull you out of the digital noise and root you in community.
For our August session, we are stepping away from traditional panel formats to host a fully interwoven, interactive group conversation. We are bringing together sound therapy, botanical wellness, and collective dialogue to explore what it means to sustain our personal and shared growth.
The Flow of the Afternoon

Doors open. Entry, check-in begin. Arrive early to secure your seat because its limited.
1:30 PM – 2:05 PM | Part 1: The Sound Bowl Activation
We begin with a dedicated internal alignment window. Sheen Anthony will lead the assembly through a restorative 20-minute Sound Bowl Activation, followed by a brief structural break to transition our energy.
2:05 PM – 2:40 PM | Part 2: Botanical Wellness & Tea Journey
A 20-minute educational spotlight and demonstration led by Toni Lavell. She will pull back the curtain on her curated herbal teas, sharing the intimate journey, history, and relationship she has cultivated with these natural elements. Includes a brief break before our main dialogue.
2:40 PM – 3:30 PM | Part 3: The Interwoven Conversation
Our core Still Growing session. Moving away from rigid back-and-forth lecturing, Terrence and George will lead an organic, community-wide discussion. We are weaving our core questions directly into the room, inviting the audience to actively chime in and shape the dialogue as one unified circle.
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Part 4: Breakout & Network
The floor opens. Connect, share resources, cross-reference ideas, and directly support the local infrastructure by shopping the premium, curated botanical collection on the shelves at Plant & People.
