Join us for a live transformative experience where movement, breath work, sound, and meditation come together to create a deeply immersive journey into a samadhi state.
Unlike traditional meditation sessions, this is a live, participatory journey where rhythm, frequency, vibration, and collective energy take you into deeper states of relaxation, emotional release, and connection to the Higher Self & the Divine Source.
Throughout the evening, we will move in a carefully curated flow tailored to calm the nervous system, release emotional blocks, reconnect and center within, and awaken a profound sense of clarity and vitality.
No prior meditation experience is required. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided through the experience.

Welcome & Opening Circle Introductions, intention setting, and a brief orientation to the chakra system.
Dance & Somatic Awakening The body leads first. Through dance, breathwork, and somatic movement, you'll shake loose what's been held — tension, stagnation, the weight of the week. This is playful, liberating, and entirely your own.
Guided Chakra Alignment From movement into stillness. A guided meditation journey through the chakra system, inviting each energy center back into balance and drawing you toward a state of deep Samadhi.
Cosmic Sound Bath A 36" gong fills the space with frequencies that bypass the thinking mind entirely. When you stop resisting and simply allow, the sound does the work. The Cosmos recalibrates you.
Integration & Community Space to land. Space to share. You'll close in community — reflecting on what moved through, and connecting with others who showed up for the same kind of depth.
This evening is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

Parking & Arrival
Doors open at 5:45 PM, and our session begins promptly at 6:00 PM.
Valet parking is available at the hotel for your convenience.
If you prefer free parking, there is ample street parking along El Camino Real as well as behind the hotel on San Antonio Road.
Please allow a few extra minutes to find parking and arrive early so you can settle into the space comfortably before the experience begins.
