August Full Moon Yoga

​Unwind under the glow of the full Moon in a deeply nourishing yoga experience designed to help you release, reflect, and reset. Each class weaves gentle, moon-salutation–inspired restorative flows with guided journaling, sound bowl healing and dreamy Yoga Nidra meditations.
