The Late Bloomers Collective: Designing Your Career Blueprint
Imagine a room where you don't have to explain why you work the way you work — you just do. The Late Bloomers Collective is that room: a community for neurodivergent women and nonbinary folks to stop performing and start building careers that work with your brain instead of against it.
You already know how to survive rooms that weren't built for you. Come to one that was — a place where we learn from each other's successes, sharing the one hack that's working for you so you leave with five more.
This isn't therapy. It's professional development that fits how your brain works.
What to expect:
Small-group conversations about what you're working on and what's getting in your way
A rapid-fire round of real hacks from real people
A hands-on art and visioning exercise around building a professional environment that's tailored to you
Light bites and drinks to keep you going
This is for everyone who got the memo late that "just try harder" was never the answer, and isn't interested in pretending otherwise. Come as you are — you don't need to translate yourself here.
