Book genres can range anywhere from fantasy to romance to personal development to historical fiction.
This month’s book club pick for January is Broken Country!
Book Description: Broken Country is a powerful and haunting novel that explores the aftermath of violence, the bonds of family, and the long shadows cast by war. Set in rural Oklahoma, it follows a father and son whose lives are fractured by trauma and guilt, forcing them to confront buried secrets, generational wounds, and the meaning of forgiveness. It’s an emotionally rich, deeply human story about love, loss, and the search for redemption.
