🚆 Getting There
Commute: You can take the SCO Kiama via Wolli Creek Train from Central Station at 7:29am. Get off at Thirroul (7 stops) and change trains in Thirroul. Take the SCO Port Kembla Train at 8:53am on Platform 3 to Bulli Station (1 stop) and walk to Sandon Point Beach (15 mins).
Going back, there are buses coming every 30 mins to take you to North Wollongong Station back to Sydney CBD.
🚗 Driving
You can park at Bulli Station/ Sandon Point Beach. However, since it is a point-to-point one way walk, you would need to arrange transport back to your car.
🥾 Hike Overview
Enjoy a cruisy coastal adventure from Bulli to Wollongong, following a scenic paved path with beautiful ocean views and golden beaches along the way.
We’ll pass through Sandon Point and Bellambi Lagoon, with plenty of coastal scenery and the chance to spot dolphins or even migrating whales 🐋
The route is mostly flat and easy-going, making this the perfect social walk to enjoy the coastline, chat with the girls and soak up some sunshine. Instead of doing out & back like in All Trails map, we will only do one-way to enjoy the views in Wollongong ☀️🌊
