​This month we're tackling BOH training. How to build learning that works for production-focused roles where showing beats telling and elearning often falls flat.

​We'll dig into:
→ Training cadence and mastery levels for high-turnover production roles
→ Which formats and tools work best for demonstration-based learning
→ When digital works and when hands-on is non-negotiable
→ Building a training culture for non-customer facing teams
→ Change management strategies that phase in new approaches without disrupting operations

​✨ New in 2026: Two sessions, same week. Session 1 includes the guest speaker. Session 2 recaps, digs into more examples, and gets hands-on in Opus. Attend one, attend both. Non-Opus customers welcome.
