​Join Abide Wellness Boutique for a morning of movement, connection, and a little friendly competition at Firefly Organic Coffee & Market.

​We’ll start the morning with an Abide Pilates class, then trade our mats for paddles and hit the courts for pickleball, and finish by slowing down, connecting, and enjoying coffee together.

​Whether you’re a pickleball regular or picking up a paddle for the first time, this event is all about moving your body, meeting new people, and having some fun along the way.
