These highly interactive sessions will ask participants to think about how best they can support incumbent games' talent and grow their skills as empathetic mentors.
This course is both for individual mentors seeking to become officially trained and CPD certified and also for companies interested in training their leads to become better mentors and allies within the company.

In the first part of the training, we will discuss what makes a good mentor (such as characteristics) as well as provide advice and ways to make sure your mentee is fully engaged with your mentoring.
