Sunday Service - Vinyasa Yoga Class

​Join me for your Sunday Service at Hammerwood Village Hall.

​This is an energising, all levels, Vinyasa Yoga class that will get you breathing and moving mindfully.

​Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, I'll guide you through a 75 minute mindful practice incorporating breath work, meditation and asana.

​Just bring yourself and a mat (there will be a limited number available to borrow - please indicate on sign up).

​It’s a lovely chance to roll out your mat in this community space, breathe deeply, and enjoy some feel-good movement with others.
