LP Access

Lead LP
$7,500 / year · Require Approval
Lead LP is an invite-only tier for investors who actively shape SPV allocations and signal conviction early. Lead LPs participate at larger check sizes, help anchor demand in oversubscribed deals, and receive enhanced economics and access in return. Benefits include: • 3% one-time SPV fee • Priority & enhanced allocation in oversubscribed SPVs • 72h early access to all deals • Ability to signal lead / anchor interest pre-launch • Direct coordination on sizing and allocations Minimum participation: $50k per SPV Annual membership: $5,000 Access is limited and granted by invitation only.
