Games Leadership®

This event is free to attend, however registration approval is required due to limited venue capacity.

If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your place as early as possible, so that we can offer it to someone on the waiting list.

Standard tickets are free of charge and may be cancelled at any time via the event platform.

As this event has limited capacity, we may operate a waiting list closer to the event date. If you can no longer attend, we appreciate as much notice as possible so that your place can be offered to another attendee.

Repeated no-shows without cancellation may impact approval for future Games Leadership® events where capacity is limited.

Optional Support Tickets are voluntary support contributions to help fund the ongoing work of the Games Leadership Network® CIC, including accessible industry events, resources, and community support initiatives.

This is not a priority access or upgraded ticket type. Purchasing an Optional Support Ticket does not increase the likelihood of registration approval or reserved access to the event.

Because these payments are treated as donations rather than paid admission tickets:

Purchasing an Optional Support Ticket does not provide priority access or influence approval decisions for attendance.

Games Leadership® reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event format, schedule, speakers, catering, or venue arrangements where necessary.

In the unlikely event that the event must be cancelled, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible.

Please note that photography and/or short video content may be captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and community purposes by Games Leadership® and/or Wiggin.

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in general event photography or video footage. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of the event team know on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate this.

We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming event experience. If you have accessibility, dietary, or support requirements, please share these during registration or contact the hosts directly via the event platform.

While dietary requirements and allergies will be communicated to the venue and catering providers, Games Leadership® and Wiggin cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Information submitted during registration will be used for the purposes of administering this event, managing attendance, and communicating relevant event updates.

Games Leadership® will handle personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless necessary for accessibility or dietary support.
