🌼 The flowers are still blooming. And so are we.
Just a few days before the Autumn Equinox, we'll gather again in the Secret Garden, to breathe amongst the flowers + savour the last warmth of summer.
We’ll pause here, on the cusp of a new season. There is beauty in fully inhabiting where we are, and trusting what is still unfolding in its own time.
Join me for a morning of Conscious Connected Breathwork as we honour the closing chapter of summer together.

✨ What to Expect
This is a Conscious Connected Breathwork Ceremony, held within an intentionally facilitated, trauma informed space, rooted in the sacred teachings of the elements and the wisdom of the stars.
We begin with an overview of the breathwork practice followed by a guided breathwork journey set to music.
As the morning draws to a close, there will be time for integration and gentle reflection in circle.
No prior experience is necessary. All are welcome.
