​SUKRUTHA KRISHNEGOWDA, wellness teacher and founder of Earth & Grain, is passionate about helping people slow down, reconnect, and restore.

Together, we founded The Gathering Ground, a shared vision born from our own experiences, creating spaces where people can gather, connect, and find support through life's many seasons.
