We’re beyond excited to finally invite you to something we’ve been building for a long time: the ultimate reset experience at Copenhagen’s most exclusive sauna club.
Normally, Glaecier is closed to outsiders - membership has a 6-12 month waitlist.
This October, for the first time, we’re opening the doors together for a 2-hour guided experience that goes way beyond heat and steam: movement, breath-work, 3 rounds of gus, cold dips, connection, and a ritual that will be like nothing you've been part of before.
40 people. 2 hours. Fire, ice, breath, and community.
What you can expect:
Guided arrival - you’re welcomed, grounded, and eased into the experience.
Primal movement + breath-work - 20 minutes to shake off the week and get out of your head.
3 rounds of guided saunagus - oils, music, heat. Every round curated to take you to the peak experience.
Cold dips & connection - shock, laughter, hugs, release, and shared resilience.
Closing ritual - we will end the experience together on a high note .
