✨ What to expect
Insightful conversations
We'll open with Karel Janeček, founder of Leaders 21, in conversation with moderator Kate Douskova. Later, Kate will be joined by Deirdre Shea Swanson to explore how we recognize our strengths, communicate our value, and help others bring their ideas and potential to life.
An unconventional experience with Dan Wood
Get ready to collaborate, experiment, and create something together. Dan Wood will lead a playful team challenge designed to help you discover unexpected strengths, explore different ways of contributing, and step a little outside your comfort zone. We'll keep some of the details a surprise!
Reflection, connection, and celebration
We'll take a moment to reflect on what we've discovered, exchange perspectives, and celebrate the people and possibilities in our community. Then we'll continue the conversations over drinks, networking, and music.

SHINE is particularly for people who are passionate about something they want to bring to life or take further.
You might be developing a project, building a business, leading an initiative, exploring a new direction, or looking for inspiration and renewed momentum for work that matters to you.
If you're open to new perspectives, enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds, and believe that good things happen when we create together, you'll feel at home.
You don't need to know anyone beforehand or have attended a Leaders 21 event. Come as you are, bring your ideas and curiosity, and be open to what might emerge.
✨ Dress code: Fun Formal!
Time to bring out that sparkly dress you've been waiting for an occasion to wear, or the funky blazer hiding at the back of your closet!
No need for fancy ball gowns or two-piece suits. Think a little more extravagant than your everyday look, have fun with it, and don't be afraid to shine.
