About Event

Join us for a free, guided virtual support group designed to help you strengthen your mind the same way you would your body—through practice, awareness, and intention.

This session will be led by Alyssa Petersel, LCSW, a licensed therapist and founder/CEO of MyWellbeing. Alyssa brings a warm, practical, and deeply human approach to mental health—blending clinical expertise with real-world tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.

Together, we’ll explore what it means to build mental fitness—the ability to stay grounded, resilient, and clear, even in moments of pressure or uncertainty.

In this session, you’ll be gently guided through:

  • A grounding “pre-game” ritual to help you reset and arrive

  • A visualization to connect with your most grounded, capable self

  • Simple “mental reps” to notice and reframe unhelpful thought patterns

  • Group reflection prompts to build awareness and connection

  • Creating your own personalized “mind gym” routine with a few practices you can return to daily

You don’t need any prior experience—just come as you are.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how your mind works, along with a few simple, supportive tools to help you navigate stress, performance, and everyday life with more clarity and calm.
