we bridge the gap between the craft of writing, political education, and the networks of care necessary for the development of mutual power and possibility. www.flowersandfields.org

flowers & fields

We’re going on a hike! We’re going to look at birds, identify plants, notice the world around us, and sometimes take breaks to read our works in progress (all genres welcome!). We will be doing site-based writing activities as well; please bring something small to write on. Bring your dog! And also water. And snacks.

We will have carpools from Lake Merritt BART Station at 10:30 AM. Please indicate if you would like a ride from BART to the hike location!
