About Event
HR is more than recruitment.
HR Nexus 2026 is the flagship event of CIPM HR Club, University of Ibadan, created to explore the people, systems and workplace dynamics that shape organisational performance.
Under the theme “Decoding HR: The People Behind Performance,” the event will bring together students, young professionals and HR practitioners for practical conversations around leadership, workplace culture, talent, performance and the future of work.
Expect a keynote session, panel conversation, interactive activities, professional insights, networking and the HR Nexus Essay Competition awards.
Come with questions. Leave with perspectives you can apply beyond the workplace.
