​Christopher T. Cognato is Counsel in RCCB’s Employment and Litigation practices. He counsels U.S. employers on workplace matters, including employment agreements, restrictive covenants, hiring and termination practices, wage and hour compliance, employee leave, accommodations, and workplace investigations. Chris also represents employers in litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and matters before labor boards. He regularly works with human resources professionals and business leaders to develop practical policies and compliance strategies for organizations managing employees across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.

​Aislinn E. Sroczynski

​Aislinn E. Sroczynski is an attorney in RCCB’s Employment and Litigation practices. She advises and represents employers in employment litigation and day-to-day workplace matters, with significant experience drafting and negotiating non-compete, non-solicitation, confidentiality, employment, and separation agreements. Aislinn also handles trade secret and restrictive-covenant disputes, including matters involving preliminary injunctive relief.
