Innovation Day–Building the Workforce NYC Childcare Deserves

​Blue Ridge Labs at Robin Hood Foundation is bringing together cross-sector leaders — childcare providers, educators, policy experts, researchers, tech founders, and investors — for a full day of structured collaboration around one question:

​How might we build an early childhood workforce in New York City that makes quality care not just possible but sustainable for all families?

​The day will include fireside chats with leading voices in early childhood policy, workforce development, and innovation, followed by hands-on working sessions designed to surface bold, actionable ideas across four challenge areas: business sustainability, educator support, workforce pipeline, and pedagogy.
