Acoustic Sunday: A Candlelit Yoga with Live Violin & Sound Bath
Slow mornings are key to longevity. Join us for a candlelit flow set to live violin, followed by a sound bath to bring you into full stillness. This is movement and music in conversation: a space to soften, breathe, and reset before the week ahead.
Class will be followed by community time with juices and light refreshments.
