💫 About the Event

Move. Recharge. Connect.

Join Ivan Touko of GROOVE Culture & Activations for a one-hour guided movement reset bringing together the energy and rhythms of Benskin, amapiano, and coupé-décalé.

This isn't about perfect choreography or getting every move right. It’s an invitation to get into your body, move with the music, release some energy, and spend a Sunday afternoon connecting with yourself and the people around you.

Come ready to move, sweat, smile, and leave feeling a little more recharged than when you arrived.

🎶 What to Expect

Afro-Inspired Movement – Move to an energizing mix of Benskin, amapiano, and coupé-décalé.

Guided Movement – Ivan will lead you through the experience, giving you space to follow along and find your own groove.

A Sunday Reset – Step away from your week for an hour dedicated to movement, music, and being present in your body.

Connection Through Movement – Share the energy of moving together in a welcoming group environment.

🧺 What to Bring

Come dressed in comfortable clothing you can move in.

We also recommend bringing:

• A water bottle

• Comfortable indoor footwear, if needed for movement

• Your energy + willingness to move

🫂 Who It’s For

This experience is for anyone craving movement, music, energy, and connection.

You don't need to be a dancer or know Benskin, amapiano, or coupé-décalé beforehand. Come ready to follow along, explore the movement, and find your own rhythm.

🎟 Tickets & Accessibility

Advance: $15 + booking fees
At the Door: $20 + booking fees or $20 cash
