​For a decade, Teo's helped hundreds of 1-to-1 clients and trained thousands globally in coaching, leadership, and inner-work. He's trained in IFS Therapy (Level 2) from the IFS Institute and integrates somatic, breathwork, and meditation practices.

​Teo personally stress-tested the Greater Human methods at the edge of life and death. As doctors worked for 7 months on tough treatment needed for his survival, he focused on mastering his mind to navigate the uncertainty.​ This is what enabled him to face possible death with calm and curiosity, and then go on to thrive.
