This session is dedicated entirely to the deep, therapeutic power of sound—giving you a full hour to unwind, restore, and let go. Using a curated landscape of gongs and sacred instruments, this sound bath is designed to quiet the mind and shift your brainwaves into deeply restorative Theta and Delta patterns.

• ​What to bring: Please wear warm, comfortable clothes and bring a cosy blanket and pillow to ensure you stay perfectly relaxed. (Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own for extra comfort).
