The 7 Days
Day 1 — Monday: AI Command Center + Claude Code Foundations
Morning:
Coffee, introductions, and orientation — in person and via Zoom. Then we go deep on the actual landscape: ChatGPT, Claude, and LLMs — how they actually work, where they fail, and how to use them to 10x your output today. Prompting frameworks, image generation, project structuring with GPTs.
Afternoon:
Your first Claude Code session. Claude Code is Anthropic's agentic coding tool. You describe what you need; it writes, runs, and debugs the code. First you learn to audit, then you build Product Requirements Documentation. Then you build a real website (web platform), add it to git, and deploy a portfolio site by end of day.
You leave with: a working AI-augmented workflow, your first deployed Claude Code project, and a prompting system you'll use every day.
Day 2 — Tuesday: OpenClaw Setup
ChatGPT keeps your data. Shared SaaS accounts leak. OpenClaw runs on your machine, connects to the models you choose, and answers to nobody but you. Today you install it, configure it, and harden it against real attacks — sandbox isolation, gateway lockdown, tool restrictions.
You leave with a passing security audit, a Telegram bot only you can message, and a private AI assistant that's actually private — not a company's server, not a shared account, yours.
Day 3 — Wednesday: Protect Yourself and the Business (Cybersecurity for Non-Technical Founders)
Morning: we start with your data — pull up HaveIBeenPwned, find your own breach records, then watch a live demo of an MD5 hash cracked in seconds by Googling it. From there: how attackers profile your business before touching a single system (Shodan finds your stack, WHOIS finds your phone number, Google dorking finds your database backups and .env files — all without hacking anything). We'll pull a real exposed hospital database from a Google search, find live API keys committed to GitHub, and trace exactly how the LinkedIn breach (107 million accounts, unsalted SHA-1) led to a prison sentence and a company sale. You'll understand how breaches actually happen — not in theory, but on screen, in real time.
Afternoon: you get a hacking sandbox on your own machine (DVWA via Docker, running in under 2 minutes) and watch live attacks against it — brute force with a 14-million-password wordlist, SQL injection that dumps a full database, and an XSS attack using BeEF that redirects a browser, keyloggers keystrokes, and steals session cookies in real time. You don't need to run these attacks yourself. You need to see them — because once you've watched your own "website" get owned in 60 seconds, you'll know exactly what questions to ask your dev team, what to audit in your own infrastructure, and what to fix before a client asks you to secure theirs.
Evening: Vipassana group meditation. Cause we all need a minute of silence..
You leave with: a breach response playbook, a prioritized vulnerability list, and the security credibility to serve clients with confidence.
Day 4 — Thursday: Your First Chatbot and a Voice Agent (n8n + VAPI + ElevenLabs)
The core of every automation agency's service offering.
This is the day the automation agency becomes real. You'll build a voice agent in VAPI, lock down its system prompt so it can't be manipulated, clone a voice with ElevenLabs, and connect a real Twilio phone number — so when someone calls, an AI agent picks up, checks your Google Calendar, books the appointment, and sends a confirmation. No developer. No monthly salary. By end of day you'll have tested it live, watched the calendar event appear in real time, and embedded the agent as a widget on a website.
The afternoon goes deeper: n8n workflow orchestration, multi-agent architecture, and RAG — your AI trained on your own company documents so it answers from your data, not guesses. You'll see a real client deployment (a real estate agency that eliminated 10–20 minutes of manual data entry per listing with one email trigger). The business case isn't efficiency — it's leverage. One workflow, running 24/7, doing the work of a part-time hire.
You leave with: a fully deployed voice agent on a real phone number and a client-ready n8n automation stack.
Day 5 — Friday: Content Machine + AI Media Stack
The agencies that win in 2025 are content-first. Today you build your media production system: HeyGen for virtual avatars that can create content on the fly. Content automation playbook for n8n. Tools for video editing online both for long-form and short-form.
Happyverse for AI video agents that can connect to zoom as a virtual assistant and complete tasks in real time.
Full content extension framework that turns one piece of content into 10. You'll post your first piece of AI-generated content, live.
Tools covered: Dall-E, Descript, Captions, Happyverse, HeyGen.
You leave with: a deployable virtual assistant, a content automation workflow playbook and a system for staying visible without burning time.
Day 6 — Saturday: Launch Your AI Automation Agency
This is the business day — the one most bootcamps skip. We cover the AAA model (Ai Automation Agency) principles, niche selection framework, Hormozi offers, ROI-based sales and Go High Level CRM platform for onboarding small business client operations. You'll run a Business AI Audit on a real business (yours or a case study), calculate ROI, and build your first client offer.
Topics: Business AI audits, ROI approach and pricing, 1-person unicorn stories, riches in the niches, brand recognition, pricing strategies, first customer outreach.
You leave with: a packaged agency offer, a target niche, and a clear path to your first paying client.
Day 7 — Sunday: Tech Fundamentals & CRM Setup
Tech fundamentals are what you need to stand out from the non-tech crowd and be able to communicate project requirements to dev teams. We will go over basics like databases, coding principles, cloud computing and CRMs.
