Women's Somatic Womb Circle

​I welcome you to this very intimate Women’s Somatic Womb Circle . This is purposefully a small circle for more presence and intention to be served to the journey of her. Where all women present feel that space itself is an embrace where it is comfortable and safe to surrender.

​Through guided somatic practices, and intentional presence, we will connect with her, listen to her, and allow her to be seen. I will guide you into soft pelvic unwinding, vocal resonance, and connecting to the senses of the body.

​Your womb is your intuitive guide, your creative altar, and your primary nervous system anchor as a woman.

​Somatically, the pelvic bowl acts as a living vault. It holds the cellular memory of everything we have lived - past relational imprints, silenced voices of us and our mothers, maternal conditioning, and the untamed power of our ancestral bloodlines. When we live disconnected from this center, we experience living from fear rather than freedom and knowing, we allow our needs to be negotiated, pelvic armouring, and a quiet numbing of our wild, primal truth.

​Developing a conscious relationship and conversation with your womb is a necessity for a rooted sovereignty and the full opening of the portal that a woman holds. To inhabit your pelvis is to reclaim your boundaries, awaken your innate pleasure, and trust the visceral "gut instinct" that speaks long before the mind can rationalize.

​I am a Holosomatic Bodywork Therapist and work with shamanic intelligence, which I will invite into the space for our journey together as we restore the vital flow between your womb, heart, and voice.
