From Setbacks to Setups Salon

​From Setbacks to Setups is an intimate, facilitated salon experience built around Amy Shoenthal's The Setback Cycle framework. Equal parts structured conversation and open exchange, each session brings together a curated group of professionals to talk honestly about pivots, disruption, and what comes next. The format is intentionally small so that every person in the room has space to speak, to be heard, and to leave with something they can actually use.

​The August 19th salon will be centered around folks navigating career transitions, from layoffs to industry changes to those just wanting to figure out what comes next.
