If you can, wrap the book you're bringing — brown paper, newspaper, fabric, an old page, anything you have at home. The only aim is that nobody can see the title or the cover.
And if you'd like, write two or three lines on the front about what's inside. No title, no author, no spoilers — just the feeling of it. The mood, the setting, who it's for.
