Timothy R. Busch
The role of Lay Apostolates in the Catholic Church"

Tim Busch is a prominent Catholic attorney, businessman, and philanthropist who has spent over four decades championing the active role of the laity in the Catholic Church. He is the founder of The Busch Firm, specializing in estate planning and the representation of religious organizations, and the CEO of Pacific Hospitality Group, which manages a nationwide portfolio of luxury hotels.

In 2011, alongside Fr. Robert J. Spitzer, S.J., Tim co-founded the Napa Institute, a premier Catholic lay apostolate formed to equip and formation Catholic leaders to defend and advance the faith in modern society. A passionate advocate for Catholic education, he co-founded JSerra Catholic High School and the Tim and Steph Busch School of Business at The Catholic University of America.

Tim and his wife, Steph, have been deeply active members of Legatus since 1990. Having helped establish 12 local chapters and twice named Legatus Ambassador of the Year, Tim brings a wealth of personal insight to this June's presentation on "The Role of Lay Apostolates in the Catholic Church."
