​Join us for a grounding and uplifting Release & Renewal Circle at When Nature Calls. This is a space to pause, reset, and connect—with yourself and with others.

​Each session follows a familiar rhythm, creating a sense of continuity and belonging:

​Arrival & Reflection (10 min) – Settle in with a moment of stillness and intention.
Letting Go Ritual (20 min) – Release what no longer serves you through a symbolic ritual water ceremony, followed by a guided meditation.
Visualization & Tea Ceremony (20 min) – Sip on something warm and nourishing as we explore a rotating theme through visualization.
Future Self Letter (10 min) – Write a note to your future self, capturing the wisdom of the moment.
Casual Reflection & Social Chat (15-20 min) – Share insights, connect, and integrate the experience together over adaptogenic coffee

​Ticket price doesn't include teacher donation.

​Akshay Mahajan, an insight meditation practitioner created this concept and has decided to take payment only in the form of donations at the end of the event. This is in line with how he learnt the practice from his teachers.
