Parent & Caregiver Support Group
Maybe this is the first time you are learning about your own ADHD, Autism, or learning disorder, through the lens of your kid being diagnosed. Maybe you learned to manage your own neurospiciness but your kid’s is a whole different level of spice and flavor. Maybe you’re at a loss for how to talk to your highly sensitive kid about the latest string of horrific current events, and you want to try some things out in a supportive space before talking to your kiddo.
We are listening to your asks for this kind of support and bolstering the support group with practices and resources to feel less alone and more at ease as you hold everything that you do.
Group will run weekly on Tuesday evenings from 7:15-8:30pm, beginning November 3rd. The group will be a drop-in format for you to come as needed. However, for group cohesion, we encourage you to return if this is a supportive space for you.
Facilitated by a skilled, psychotherapist and former school-based social worker Pam Lozoff, LCSW. Learn more about Pam here.
