Songwriters in the Round: An Intimate Nashville-style Experience
EO Charleston is bringing one of Nashville’s most iconic music traditions to Charleston.
A Songwriters in the Round is how many hit songs are first shared on Nashville’s Music Row — a small circle of writers trading turns, playing songs, and telling the stories behind the music.
Instead of a traditional concert, the writers perform acoustic versions of their songs and share how they were written, what inspired them, and how they made their way onto the radio for them and into the hands of other major artists.
It’s raw, personal, and something rarely experienced outside of Nashville.
We’ll host the evening at Groovers, creating a relaxed, up-close setting with drinks, light bites, and great conversation with fellow EO members.
To preserve the authenticity of the experience, attendance will be intentionally limited, giving everyone the chance to sit just feet away from the writers and hear the stories behind the songs you already know and love.
