​For 51 years, Haitian Americans United for Progress (HAUP) has stood with our community through moments of opportunity, uncertainty, crisis, and change. Today, as immigrant families face some of the most difficult and unsettling challenges of our time, our work and our presence have never been more critical.

​On Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., we will gather at Terrace on the Park for HAUP's 51st Anniversary Legacy Luncheon, under this year's powerful theme:

​This year's celebration is about far more than marking another anniversary. It is about standing together for the families who turn to HAUP every day for immigration assistance, food, education, health and social services, advocacy, and simply a trusted place to turn when they do not know where else to go. It is also about recognizing those whose leadership, service, creativity, and commitment reflect the very best of our community. This year, we are proud to honor:
