At this tasting, we're going deep on umami — what it is, where it lives, and how salt unlocks it. We'll taste our way through a curated lineup of artisan salts alongside late-summer tomatoes, exploring how mineral content, texture, and terroir can change what lands on your palate.
What to expect:
Guided tasting of 6–8 artisan salts paired with seasonal tomatoes and a few umami-forward surprises. Spirited conversation about why tomatoes deserve better than table salt.
