Girls Who Listen Fellowship 2026

​Girls Who Listen will host a 4-week fellowship program designed to give young women the knowledge, tools, and access needed to navigate entering the music industry. Over the course of the program, participants will explore sessions focused on developing some of the skills needed to land a role in the industry. From tailored resume workshops to personal insights from executives and recruiters, each session is designed to equip young women with the resources to stand out in the competitive job market. The program is mostly virtual with in-person networking opportunities, creating space for connection, reflection, and deeper engagement.
