Chris Manderino, founder of CM Advisory Group, leverages 25+ years of executive experience at top brands like Microsoft and Expedia. After her tech career, she spent 6 years in Seattle startups. In 2018, she launched CM Advisory Group to empower minority startup founders. Chris is a dedicated mentor for Techstars, WTIA, and Equitable Innovations Accelerator. She's Vice President of the Be Bold Now Board, a Board Advisor for Spritz and Excelia, and a Startup Board Advisor for WTIA. She's also an angel investor and Limited Partner in Ascend. vc. In her free time, she enjoys singing, reading, coaching baseball, savoring chocolate, and globe-trotting with her husband Dan and son Parker, having explored 54 countries and counting.

Carly Rector, founder & CEO of CO2ign Art and CEO of NeonMob, is an engineer turned entrepreneur. She was a technical and product leader at Amazon from 2007 to 2021, including on “Customers Also Bought” and personalized recommendations features, as well as a new initiative in machine learning and home energy management. In 2021, she founded CO2ign Art, a marketplace for collecting digital art without using NFTs, with each purchase funding carbon reduction. Recently, she acquired NeonMob, a digital art trading card game where independent artists can share their work for others to collect. She is currently working to bring the two platforms together into the best way to collect art online.

Ed has spent his career and the intersection of corporates and startups, fostering growth through strategic partnerships. Prior to his role at FIS Impact Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of FIS, Ed led GSMA's strategy consulting team, where he also established the organization's innovation unit and venture fund. His efforts have empowered companies in telecoms, media, and fintech industries to harness disruptive technologies. Previously, Ed was also a co-founder at digital marketing, analytics, and omnichannel retail companies. He's served as an advisor to numerous scaleups and corporations on market positioning and corporate strategy.
