​GINI's Future Shapers – Social Impact brings together people who want to contribute to a better future. Whether you're already working on an initiative or simply curious about making a difference, this edition is designed to inspire, connect and empower.

​What is Future Shapers?

​GINI's Future Shapers is an intergenerational development and opportunity ecosystem by GINI Impact Foundation.

​We believe that talent grows faster when people have access to the right conversations, opportunities, networks and role models.

​Through live events, storytelling, community opportunities, GINI's voices and the Future Shapers Lab, Future Shapers helps people grow their voice, confidence, network, ideas and next steps.

Helping people develop confidence, leadership, creativity, entrepreneurial thinking and practical next steps.

Connecting participants with peers, mentors, role models, entrepreneurs, creatives and community leaders.

Encouraging participants to share opportunities, introductions, knowledge and networks with others.

​Who is this for?

​Future Shapers is an intergenerational community for thinkers, creators, builders and changemakers.

​We particularly welcome people from postcolonial diaspora communities, adoptees and voluntary and involuntary migrants, while creating spaces where different stories, cultures, generations and lived experiences can meet, learn from one another and grow together.

​Thanks to external funding, participation is free for young people and young professionals aged 18-30. Community members aged 30+ are warmly invited to join as well!

​The final format of this edition will be determined based on registrations and community interest.

​The more registrations we receive, the greater the opportunity to organise this edition as a physical gathering in Rotterdam.
