The Red Thread is a three-part acceleration program by Maria Gordienko running in She's New to America Pro this fall. Part 1 built the foundation: values and Point B. Part 2, this one, gathers the evidence: the facts of your past that prove you can reach that goal. Part 3 will repackage everything into a carrier the market reads: a resume or an offer. Each part ends with an artifact you keep.

In Part 2 you build two things. First, your Career Bank: every job and project on paper, what you did, what worked, and the results in numbers. It is a warehouse of raw proof for every claim you will ever make about yourself. Second, the Circle Survey: a few questions sent to three people who know you. The survey does the thing you cannot do alone: it opens your blind spot. Expect to find strengths you never counted as value, the way one of Maria's clients never counted her two Big Four firms.

Your artifact: a bank of facts and patterns, including the ones your circle sees and you do not.
