Cathar(t)sis is an immersive creative experience designed to bring you back to yourself.
Through a short mindfulness grounding and a deep analog writing session, you'll be gently led to hand-write what’s been sitting within you. Deeply honest, unfiltered, and purely you.
You don’t need to be a writer. You will be gently guided at every step.
No pressure, no expectations. Just you, a paper, and a moment to reconnect with yourself.
We will provide pens and writing pads.
The Experience
In 90 minutes, you will:
Reset : Experience mindfulness to quiet the noise and come home to yourself
Write : Guided analog writing to connect with yourself, prompted every step of the way. No writing experience is needed for this.
Sharing : an optional space at the end to share what came up if you'd wish to, or simply sit with it.

We’ll provide the writing instruments.
The event will be held on the first floor of Vereda Coffee Roasters. They have amazing food and beverages, so feel free to buy a beverage or food of your choice and head upstairs. See you!
Parking: There's free parking behind the cafe. There's ample municipal street parking as well.
